In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavor to replace the edition, free of cost. In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
You have 90 days from the purchase date to return the painting and get a full refund. This means you can receive the painting, hang it on your wall, and still return it if you aren’t satisfied
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as supplied. Canceling an order before it is supplied to the customer will result in an 8% charge to cover transaction fees.
All reproductions are printed to order to your specification. Following completion, we will send you photographic proofs for your approval. If for any reason you are not happy with the proofs you are entitled to unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied. Reproductions is a bespoke service, any items that are delivered and are in good condition may not be refunded. To ensure this does not happen we will only dispatch your painting when you are happy for us to do so.
